This doesnt make any sense. Kishimoto had enough of eye powers to that point, thats why he killed the rennigan.. Through boruto..

ive experience that before tv tokyo block... i just remove the part when youtube say so .. as what i said... remove the part of the video that says TV tokyo on it. and i dont know how other put long videos, some just adjust the pitch of anime voices.. or invert videos - cut them wisely. to avoid copy right .. if that helps

I recently got out of surgery so I have a lot of time on my hands. I rewatched the Land of Waves arc (my favorite btw), here's my analysis on how the Sharingan actually worked before the later stuff came out. Kakashi does not correct him on this (E9-14:44). - Cannot copy bloodline jutsu (E14-18:38). - Haku did an analysis on it (E15-15:00), here it is: The power of the Eye is divided into analysis and hypnotic suggestion. -With the former, you can read someone's movements. You imitate them, confuse and annoy them. [Image Replication Method]. -From there, you can make an educated guess what the person is thinking and will say next [Mind Imitation M]. -At the peak of their thoughts, use the later power, get them to lose awareness and telegraph their next move. Stall them and get ahead of him if you can [Jutsu IM]. In short, with the Eye you can mimic things you already know and pretend otherwise. Kakashi even said that a ninja's soul is made of deception (EP14 - 10:13), meaning that it's entirely possible that the Eye's reputation for copying everything was a rumor created to intimidate enemies, and the greatest illusion the Eye has ever cast on anyone.

In my opinion... Sasuke promise jugo to be his cage.. Maybe if jugo heightened his aggression, he use genjutsu to calm him down... The sharingan user can control any scenario they want, even he controls manda, (snake of orochimaru) , it can also erase memories, imagine the possibilities. Only an uchiha like in the fight of itachi, is not to easily fooled by genjutsu. Otherwise, every other person is weak againts a sharingan.
