I guess karma but other than that considering he's the son of Naruto(ashuras reincarnation and apart of a clan that branched from the senju clan who are descendants of ashura) and hinatas(has hamura Chakra and is the descendant of hamura) son it would make sense that he'd be overpowered. His parents have literal Otsutsuki Chakra in them. Not to mention he has hyuga and uzumaki(which that and the ashura and hamura DNA and Chakra was the reason he got jougan)blood in him and he inherited minatos genius. He also learned 3 Chakra nature's which is difficult for a jonin to even learn 2. He's supposed to be much stronger than naruto

How strong is hokage kakashi As it has been officially stated in the Canon novel "Kakashi Retsuden" Kakashi is now stronger than his war arc self, to make up for the loss of the Sharingan he learned many new powerful Jutsus including medical Jutsu and his Chakra has significantly increased. -The New jutsu that he created "purple lightning" is so powerful that it can literally summon lightning and thunder from the sky as he did in "Kakashi hiden", it can be used like chidori and lightning cutter without the tunnel vision and it can even replicate Sasuke's current chidori sending bolts of purple lighting all around his body in an omni-directional attack.(1) --In the Canon Novel Kakashi created another new jutsu called Fire style "Water Mist" which takes the form of a huge flame bird and moves at incredible speed to the opponent, this jutsu is capable of snuffing out massive water style even with the elemental disadvantage. Kakashi used this multiple times to snuff out massive amounts of water style created by the sage of six paths chakra… He can also control this justsu to make the flame bird spit out fire and can release this Jutsu from his hand like his lightning hound The collision of this jutsu and water style (six paths chakra) created by the mist was so strong that it created thunderclouds (through the updraft). Vs Izuna I don’t think tobirama was stronger than sasuke ems, but in his prime yes I would say he was but overall this was petty damn accurate 👏🏾, one thing I’ll say though is it would be good to include prime hiruzen aswell - I know we don’t know much about him but we do know he was strong enough for orochimaru to say he wouldn’t stand a chance against him in his prime which also puts him clear ahead of tsunade (another kage) and that he knew all the clan jutsu of the leaf nicknamed ‘the professor’ so we can make a rough estimate
