Sasuke isn't Light Speed, man can dodge Light two different things. Reaction speed vs Movement speed if the man can move as fast as Light it wouldn't take him hours to cross the country. For example dodging a bullet doesn't mean the character can out run the bullet.

That reaction is also based on Sasuke sensing the attack beforehand, its not like he can see it in front of him and dodge. Btw, that was scaling to Naruto, naruto was able to sense the attack and dodge because he has six path sage sensory abilities. Imo (Sasuke can shift spaces but thats not his actual speed even though he's fast) Hiei should be much faster than Sasuke.

That's not true Because every character use the same thing For example dragon ball We know from the freezq arc they surpassed.light speed But when ultimate gohan came to earth to fight buu he took alot of time for him to get there even tho gotenks was dying at the time Ultimate gohan js like thousands of times faster than light but it took him that much time Soo you can't say he isn't light speed because the creator did some drama in it Same in goku black arc Same in cell arc when vegeta could come in a sec after trunks blow ect Soo yes sasuke is light speed and he could dodge a light attack which is even more impressive because the brain need at least 7 second to analyze data soo the body can dodge which is too late for a light attack Let alone by toriyama himself adult sasuke is stronger than sasuke war arc which they didn't use going by logic adult sasuke is faster than light speed and stronger he can defeat kaguya solo by then And they didn't even use his 9 beasts chakra susano form let alone the adult one

Kishimoto himself said momoshiki is few times faster than light speed And sasuke was keep up with that same momoshiki in his base form let alone he did damage him And after using his lightning to increase his brain reaction he became even faster and destroyed momoshiki And that sasuke dkd have less than 1/3 of his chakra because he used 1/2 to teleport all the kages and two stupid ninja with boruto And the other 1/3 was keept to use the dimension portal to return back Soo sasuke was fighting with like 2/10 of his chakra and speed yet he overwhelmed momoshiki at some point who is way faster than light speed

Its true i seen yu yu Hakusho before when i was a kid these animes shows literally about demon world and humans world each character in demon world have different strength and ability toguro had the strength to crush stadium and the other demon seem to have dragonball character like ability for a demon and sasuke and other characters in any anime might loose to hiei cause all the punch kick and power they have would be pointless For hiei cause he can turn his body like a ghost and thats pretty hard to eliminate the fact he can kill other character even if the other character have cool ability all their attacks cannot penetrate hiei ghost ability if he decides to use it and his also in the manga story line itself all the demon monsters some of them literally had big strength and different level of power and they don't have to use hand sign to launch an attack Like the naruto universe hiei also mention in yu yu Hakusho manga to have Beating and kill 500 s class demon that have the strength to crush the earth so hiei would definitely win no sharingan illusion will work on him or be useful to him he also can read mind with the jagan eye so basically he already knows what attack sasuke gonna do sasuke only has the ability to copy ninja mistic teknick And make illussion hiei are not efect by illusion or chidori thunder fire or any Element of those Cause he can counters any attack thats basically how hiei character really is
