I went to Thailand many years ago, ate at some great restaurants but was told to stay away from food stalls (even though so much stuff looked so good!). I am legitimately curious whether your tummies take time to acclimatize when you first arrive there?

My thing is give your body at the very least 3 days to adjust to the food and the environment! DO NOT eat street food from stall venders right away! Even I get sick from it. Not because it’s dirty. But your body isn’t used to the foreign bacteria on this side of the world. You might even get sick anyways. If that makes sense. Also, you can always take something called DUKAROL that can help you with travel diarrhea. Ask your doctor. We take em every 3 months before traveling anywhere. ❤
