⚜️ Mantra ~ A mantra is an instrument with which we can align our mind and change our emotional and mental state. An acoustic aid to direct attention: a meditation word. The word mantra is made up of the two syllables “man” and “tra”, which are derived from “manas” and “trajate”, which means something like spirit and liberating.
