There are no Decision Rounds 1 or 2 at LUMS. The period for decisions spans from mid-April to the end of July. All students are evaluated irrespective of the time they take the SAT. My friend opted for the March SAT and he received his acceptance in the very first batch, so you should not worry about it.

I don’t have much information about the academic institutes in Sindh, but you can check about them on QS Ranking website. If its ranking is comparable to institutes like LUMS, IBA, NUST, GIKI, UET, COMSATS, FAST etc then it is a decent choice. And for SAT test centres, you can visit SAT official website (I think it is by the name ETS), there you would find information about the test centres in Sindh and also check please, there might be option to take SAT test online at home.

You can sign up for Khan Academy online and make a schedule to prepare daily… if you can manage your time then I think you can do good preparation.

Merit based scholarship is provided to top 5 or 10 students (100 percent for first ,for others ranging from 25 to 75 percent). Top 5 students in board exam will also recieve 100 percent scholarship. There is also need based scholarship for those whose house income is less than or equal to 2 lac. This is the latest news that I got from a Sir from LUMS who came to our college to give information regarding the admission.

Although I personally don’t have much information about SAT but in this video, probably Ali meant the March SAT to be the March of previous year. For example, for 2025 admissions, SAT of March 2024. But as I said it’s a guess so I would suggest you to choose SAT test date which suits your preparation plan and also keep track of the LUMS admissions deadline.

Scholarship or financial aid depends on the financial profile of the student. Admission offered doesn’t necessarily mean that one will receive the scholarship or financial aid. However, there are several options in this regard and students usually are successful in availing. Although LUMS undergraduate admission is quite competitive but you should anyways apply because the admission depends on all the elements that you mentioned so you still have a chance of getting admission in LUMS but it would be wise that you keep other options open as well.
