1:42 how the hell is Steven going to explain to Internal Affair's why he killed a man with a god damned katana sword? Also, wasn't this shot around the same time he was doing that Reality TV Cop's knockoff? Despite everything the kills are at least pretty damn decent. This was also during the "Shaky Cam" Era of action cinema so it was nice that we could actually see what was happening most of the time.

i have box set of this series :)) i love this show i have 2 box sets of this show i seen this show many times, many times of true justice love show great job i bet this toke awhile to make :)) seagal kicks more ass, he gets his fat ass out move himself and does martial arts scenes of his own rather then having a stunt performer in like what they did in Attack Force or Black Dawn
