Sims keep “coming in the house” because the elevator works as a spawn point. It’s so annoying but if you want them to “spawn outside” and be invited in properly, then the elevator has to be moved somewhere else.

I was soooo annoyed last night! Right when I entered my Sims lot, a rando Sim from another world was using their bathroom.. mind you, I ALWAYS lock the doors so this should not have happened! That said, I wish that Sims were isolated to whatever world they live in.. it doesn’t make sense to me that a Newcrest Sim shows up in the new world and says "hello neighbor, wanna hang out for a bit?" NO, no I do not! You are using my toilet uninvited!!! Grrrrrrrrr.

Its a weird bug with the holiday worlds, it first started with Sulani and got worse after they added in Mt Komorebi, where sims will just randomly walk into the house and just start using the facilities as if its *sudden;y* a public lot. If you're like me and have a few...raunchy mods installed....it becomes chaos super quick... >.> That said, it is super immersion breaking to be living in Sulani or Komorebi (Hawaii and Japan respectively) and suddenly Mortimer Goth or Judith Ward is showing up at your doorstep as a neighbourhood walk-by.

Yes, the romantic introduction with those rose petal throw almost always cause your Sim to immediately have a romantic bar. You need to add the «Private Property» trait to that apartment. Also, get the «Traits turned challenge» mod to be able to give more than 3 traits to a lot.

Sims are FOREVER showing up at my active homes & just coming in without being invited over or inside & it is SO ANNOYING. Someone suggested I lock the door but then there's the bug where my self-cleaning vacuum is breaking daily, so I'm calling over repair people every single day & then they can't get in & they'll leave without fixing anything (naturally) cause the door is locked... 😒 but the Sims who invited themselves over stand at my front door for HOURS 😮‍💨

I love lumpinou's mods. They can be a little overwhelming if you install the RPO all at once, but since I started with the few mods I'm the most interested in, it's easier to build up from there.

Wait why didn't you cancel the science baby interaction instead of accepting it if you didn't want the baby?? 🤣🤣 Also the bassinet was blocking the bed so that's why you couldn't woohoo. Lastly, people were coming into your home because the elevator is meant to be in a hallway so people can get off and visit apartments. EA coded it weirdly like that. Hope this helps!

Interesting tidbit: if you actually preform the interactions and get a "gold metal" date, it's always made your friendship and romance max out. I do it all the time in my legacy save, so I don't have to go on multiple dates. Just gold star the first one and you're good LMAO

Preferences and turn-ons/turn-offs are two separate things in CAS. Growing Together came with Compatibility which are the puzzle piece icons in the friends tab, and Lovestruck came with Attraction which is the magnet icon in the friends tab. Your sim can be compatible with someone based on preferences but still unattracted.attracted based on turn-ons/turn-offs. 😊 Hope this helps ✨✨

if you need to know where to find the interactions for dates in the chat menu they have it set so you hover over the task and it tells you where to go for the interaction. Most of the ones you couldn't find are all in the small talk category

About townies' outfits. I have a save where I felt bad for Sofia Bjorgsen and decided to give her a career, she actually became a famous actress and one day she had to practice a romance scene before her work, and the only person outside to talk to was some dude dressed in a raccoon outfit at 5 am. So they talked she practiced her scene and then I decided to check out who was inside the costume and the dude turned out insanely hot, just needed his wardrobe tweaked like all townies. So they dated, got married, bought a penthouse, both became global superstars (he's a writer) he actually proposed to her on the stage of one of her movie sets. Best story ever XD Still have no idea what the dude was doing with the raccoon outfit though, it wasn't even part of his outfits.

I have this pack. I hate it. The new romance systems conflict with the base game romance systems which both conflict with Growing Together which itself is just as intrusive and nonsensical. The fact that likes and dislikes and tun ons and turn offs are so random and have nothing to do with the randomly generated traits makes every sims that hasn't been hand crafted by a player (or an EA employee in later expansions) seem like they have a severe personality disorder and need medical intervention. Sims have never felt less like real humans. I need a mod to turn all this sh-t off, all of it. I played the basegame the other day for a few hours and honestly I had the best time. I missed a lot of the CAS and BB from packs but that was offset by no men with blue pigtails and crop tops named Neka'halu Keta'ma'hakuku spawning at the Gym in Oasis Springs as five star celebrity aliens followed by paparazzi dressed as Jedi who now all sit on every bench and watch the stars or make out on every lot and if they come up and talk to you, no matter your Sim's sexual orientation, I get a popup about attraction levels and romantic satisfaction and boundaries. Gah I hate it so much. I wish so much there was a way to just install the CAS and BB (minus gameplay items if need be) from certain packs which are just more trouble than they are worth.
