Dr. Suresh Govind serves as a member of the Prasanthi Council which oversees the activities of the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization worldwide. He has had a rich personal and professional journey filled with subtle and powerful miracles of Sathya Sai.
Professionally, he is a Professor and former Head of Department (Parasitology), Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya.
He has written several chapters in publications by the World Health Organization and supervised more than 100 elective, diploma, graduate, post-graduate and doctoral students. He is the recipient of many honorable awards, including the prestigious Malaysian Toray Science award.
Personally, he is a passionate and inspiring sevak of Swami, young at heart and a favorite speaker for many across the globe. This is a virtual talk that he delivered at the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Arcadia.

Humble best wishes sir. Firstly for being mentioning happy and peacefull, solutions to the so called depressions and so on and secondly, to reiterate what Swamy ,himself, said that "you are not sitting in Saikulwanth hall, instead the hall is in Swamy/God"". Jo naam chaho o nam bolo .Prem Se bolo Bhav se bolo,,,,,as the Bhajan goes on. I sometimes am lead wrong consciously, but, I mention him this nature of mind, symbolized by Bapuji, Sri Mohan Das karam chand Gandhiji.,,,,,,,,,,, Loads of Love.

Sai Ram brother Suresh I’m one of the witnesses of Swami creating for you a beautiful ring with an image of Lord Shiva. Although I was minding my own business, I got to touch it too because we crossed our paths in front the accommodation we were staying. You were blushing, smiling with full of joy and lost in your own world, deep in thoughts. You told me this means there’s a lot of work to do …. Sai’s work.
