First part of the video is a 5G/wifi module called M5310-E. Second part of the video looks like a PCB for a USB hub they make. Last part of the video is a TXLDH13-PHD6010. It's a wireless module and I assume it's manufactured on this scale for China's very rapid advance and world leading use of a smart energy grid infrastructure.

Actually, China can produce very high-quality parts however when you want it at the lowest cost from China that’s when issues occur
