Hi Andrew, Thank you so much for your kind comment and feedback. My sister in-law is a NZ born living in Utah with my brother and family always crave for cream donuts. My family and I were there last year and had to make cream donuts. They're not too bad I think the cream there is different to the NZ and Australian taste but she's happy with it. I also have my edmonds cooking book with me that I brought with me from NZ that's also my all time favourite recipe book with lots of easy to follow recipes. Take care always Andrew. Do you know that it took me 8 videos to get to you. Nit ine single person spoke during their video. I suppose that people think we have the time to sit and watch. Hello there, I fry them for about a minute or two on each sides it could be more depending on the temperature of your oil. I make sure the oil is not too hot or it will brown the buns quicker on the outside but it’s not cooked inside, also it will toughen the bun texture if that makes sense. Hope it helps🙏😊
