I click on one and watch the part where it shows part of the client’s face and if it going to be a good one I’m like sweet!! But then instantly regret that!! I can’t imagine how much pain this is for anyone to go through!! And I think it shows strength and courage that they allow them to be recorded so then it allows us to be entertained! And I think what the professionals are doing for them are pretty damn incredible too!! It’s like therapy in a way because you know these poor clients go through hell all around-whether it’s pain they go through getting them popped or God forbid the pain they experience by getting bullied for something that’s out of their hands because it’s most likely a genetic thing-so essentially they’re helping their clients reach a point where they can feel good about themselves on the outside. But all of you are beautiful on the inside AND outside!! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise and NEVER tell yourself anything different either!! Believe it or not but telling yourself how much you hate or dislike something about yourself is more toxic than others saying it to you!! This is why I get so sh*tty in the comments to the people that always say something negative about the video. Doesn’t matter what it is-it shouldn’t be said period! You don’t like something that’s fine, you’re allowed to express your opinions but no one hear wants to see it!! As the old but oh so true saying goes: “If you have nothing nice to say then don’t say it at all”!!! You don’t like it then you don’t have to watch it!! But don’t sit there and talk sh*t!! Remember everyone that has made these videos possible are people too and have feelings!! Put yourself in their position and think how it would be upsetting if they said that about you!!

The pores will fill again because of overactive oil produced and combined with skin cells. Proper skin care includes salicylic acid and AHA which helps prevent that.

All those scars I don’t think he could heal from looks like he was there before cuz a lot she popped nothing came out but blood look at all those marks on his face I just watch to put me to sleep but I would never get this done I’ve had horrible cystic acne all over my face and got ride of it by drinking ore water and not so much grease and now I use this cream which helped out tremendously!! All those marks will not help

She is trying to remove the plugs of sebum that cause the inflammation, but if they are deep she can't get them out as squeezing to hard/much could permanently damage his skin. Hopefully medication will reduce the inflammation. Glad to hear yours is mostly gone,(however you did it)

There are certain sac dep clinicians that are fearless..open the plug and apply pressure to get it all out. I think she may be trying to prevent further inflammatory lesions by paying more attention to the ones that haven't gotten all swollen and painful yet.

I've been watching and have been morbidly fascinated. Never having acne to this extent, what do you after removing much of the pus? Antibiotics, or some kind of chemical peel??

Most likely not a chemical peel, although I do not know for sure. Something tells me tho that after an extraction like this, a chemical peel may seriously aggravate what i can only imagine to be an already very sore and sensitive area. I do know that over there in Thailand..where i believe this spa is located..antibiotics can be purchased over the counter. Again, i don't know for sure, but I can only assume that they will recommend that the client take some antibiotics. I mean, id like to think that any reasonable person can see that there is already some inflammation going on, and to some extent an infection. Just my thoughts on it...

You can tell a very sharp blade when the skin surface doesn't move as the blade goes in. Most sites they are having to push to get the blade in. You could make some money advertising these. Have them put the name on the blade.

I feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one that picks on my own pimples. I have made a mess of my face of all places sooo maannyy times! My family tell me to stop cuz it looks disgusting an whenever someone sees me in the mirror I get yelled at. It's a thing I cant seem to stop myself. Even if I am the only one that can see it. Such a bad habit. Watching these help a little. I always wonder tho, why people go to a place like this to have them extracted, they could save some money if they did it themselves at home! It's not like its going to make their skin worse. I feel for them, how hard it must be to show urself when ur face looks like that. This sort of stuff used to turn my stomach 🤢 but suddenly I'm a zit popping freak an cant get enough. I hate when the girls miss one or dont get enough out of one of them, I literally scream at the screen like a horror movie when the people go investigate noises when they should just leave!! This client doesn't seem to be healing very quickly after his multiple extractions. He probably needs some sort of medication added to his regimen to give it a helping hand. I wish there was a place we could donate if cost is the issue.
