Paraphrased translation: This is the same young man from #423 on this channel. He is here with his mom to see Thuy, and this is a continuation of the same session. The video begins with Thuy saying, so it's taken a long time for him to come in to see her. It's garbled here, but his mom says yes and mentions school, friends, and how he kept avoiding going to his appointment. Thuy chuckles sweetly in response. Thuy says the acne is very tough and hard because it's been there so long. She cheers him on to withstand the pain. His mom tells him if he had come sooner, it wouldn't have hurt. Thuy says it makes her very happy that at least he's come now because -- his mom cuts in and says at home, when they try to touch his face, he cries out in pain and won't let them. Thuy says it's good he's come in now, because none of his acne is inflamed yet, otherwise they would scar. Thuy continues to encourage/cheer for him (cố lên) and tells him they're hard because of how long they've been there. She says to breathe in deep when he feels pain. Thuy tells him that he's been so good. Especially since this is his first time, he's doing very well. His mom mentions again that he's like that now, but at home he would be yelling about the pain. Thuy says that some of these are very deep, even after squeezing the way she is, there's still some contents left. She jokingly tells him he's a boy, so this mustn't hurt, right? She continues to cheer him on. Thuy tells him that he will start some medication that will help his skin and then come back next week to see her. She asks him if he plays any sports. It's garbled, but I believe he says it's been awhile. She asks what he played, and he says volleyball. Thuy exclaims wow, no wonder he's tall. Thuy is finishing up and let's him know they're almost done with this side. She looks over his chin, and it seems she says there's a lot here too. Then the video ends with her saying either one more "minute," or one more "area." I couldn't make it out.
