He's right, one cannot instil spirituality onto aNother person. It's always a personal journey. These personal journeys may criss cross, it appears we are helping each other but we are really just helping ourselves by doing all the rights things we need to do.

Thank you. Can you please help regarding another issue? I am vata/kapha prakriti with ida predominant. 40:10 surya bhedi makes me active and 'in the moment' no daydreaming. BUT it also triggers temper and migraine. Pitta bahut jyda badh jata hai. Balance nahi ban pata. Please help.

OMG You just explained something that I have been embarrassed to ask Isha . I do Isha Shambhavi maha mudra and one of the step in the process is like kumbhak and vipreet swaas. I burp a lot during these 2 steps even when I am empty stomach in the morning . 🙏🙏 Feels good to hear I am burning away my karma 😛 Now I don’t mind burping during my daily practice .

This was a treat to listen! Where are you located in US. I have been your follower, respect your knowledge and would like to meet some time. I am a follower of Maharaji as well. And of course KD, I listen to his chalisa you mentioned as well, it just takes you somewhere else. in the last u said prana is moving back n forth and the chakra too but sir in the beginning of the Q u took the e.g of physics n said that when the chakra has evolved then it will not go down again,its called moksha

Good Q. Once Prana escapes through Bramharandra into Saharara it will not come down into Sushumna again, that individual has submerged his individual chitta into cosmic chitta. But before that happens Prana can return from Ajna to Muladhara or anywhere in-between , just like a ball thrown in the sky will return to ground unless thrown with that escape velocity of 11.2 km/sec to overcome earth's gravity. Maya is the gravity that pulls Prana down, Yog is the rocket fuel that pulls prana/chitta up. Tug of war every single day.

Dear tapas, I regularly follow you, but a request is that from the human tendencies and concentration point if the video should be curtailed to a time frame of 20 to 25 minutes only per episode so that people listens with focus and no distractions. The video uploaded should be done only once or twice a week and not randomly. If a question and answer to the video can be done it will be the best. The focus is for people to understand the totality of the subject rather to be a passe. It's just a small suggestions which I am sure others would agree to. Regards Vinay

I put on your video while driving to and from work and mark till I have watched your video so that I pick up later. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOURSELF FOR UPLOADING. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. I AM A DENTIST IN US and you have no idea how valuable they are for me and I will listen to you even if you speak for hours! Go on! More power and blessings to you!!

Funny thing is I am Hanuman bhakt and listen to KrishnaDas Hanuman chalisa like you in background most of the time! May be He made me stumble on your videos. I wish I had joined this discussion cuz I wanted to clear up one burning conflict in me about Hanuman love and my living Guru’s Deeksha but May be next time

Namaste, I have a question regarding Kumbhak pranayama and Valsalva maneuver with cardiac patients. I thought with anyone with HBP or A fib, they should not hold their breath during exercise or strenuous activities. How safe is it for someone with cardiac conditions to perform Kumbhak pranayama? Dear Tapas, I need your guidance... M suffering from sinus problem.. mostly triggered by allergies as i stay in mumbai... Mucus blocks my nose completely.. Second: Can you advise how i can get over it also Im trying too many things on spirituality... From isha to AOL.. from yogananda to advaita vedanta.. i just want to to continue and njoi the process.. reading too many booka on same and its impacting me in a good sense.. but gharwale tension me rehte😂

As long as you can in ratio of 1: 4: 2: 2. If Kumbhak is done for 3 hours then Prtayahara is perfected according to our scriptures. Need less to say most people will quit after 5 minutes.
