The more I delve into our ancient wisdom and way of life, the deeper the respect for our ancestors and gifts like Ayurveda and Yoga. I used to feel frustrated at the direction our people were taking in rejecting these gifts, in pursuit of Westernised lifestyles and ideologies, but off late we are seeing a renaissance period of reawakening with respect to our Indian/Hindu culture. Thank you Ishwar, for brilliant, noble souls and minds like Dr. Lad. Pranams to him and his eternal wisdom.

Exactly our body is at its full potential when we eat satvic food, which is ancient wisdom and was way of life.My mom and my aunt have reversed diabetes and blood pressure with just simple satvic food after taking medications for more than 5 years. The main reason almost all ancient were having higher energy, having work more than 17hrs a day and still not tiring and that they were more calm and spiritually lifted was satvic food. Our ancestors have given detailed descriptions about all aspect of life in the texts they published and with such accuracy no less. I've been reading sushruta samhita and I've been surprised many times cuz of the detail of human body, that compares with the cutting edge tech today. I'm not religious but i am spiritual.

@@harshmakwana8001 ...bhaii this spiritual not religious trend needs to go....I earlier had this mindset I thought I will look cool.. but now i can proudly say I'm religious and I asprire to become spiritual.... Hinduism is essentially spiritual.

@@semepara629 precisely. We need to take proud ownership of our religious identity. Spiritualism shouldn't be an escape nor apology, a politically correct tool, for one also being religious.

@sauliusban2 жыл бұрын
I tried to live on raw food. All I can say that it doesn't work if you are busy and for example working at days a week. First of all you feel hungry all the time and second is that not enough energy to do any hard work. Plus if you live in cold countries then forget about raw food.
@chloeoo3192 жыл бұрын
@@sauliusban Hi. I know i Live in Canada. I tried raw food 9 years a ago but I dit it wrong. You have to get off Ama from you body . And you have to work on being confortable with empty stomach. Because it is different to be empty but with energy or to be angry. But we have to learn to understand our body and for sure it takes time. If somebody have trauma with lack of food in his life ha has to work about it. Bu then it is a real new life.
