Hi payal You can cook the raddish to dry out the batter and it helps to store the batter for long as well as the water is dried from the batter. We make it in this way so we keep it like in meal prepping. We add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and ajwain and it smells divine🤩🤩
