October! Gorgeous pie! I love how those placemats worked out on your coffee station. I've got my butternut squash, my Granny Smith apples, my sage, and curry powder. You KNOW what I'm looking forward to!

Your apple looked delicious. You need to try Anna Olson's apple pie recipe also. She is a Canadian that lives around Niagara-on- the-lake. One thing she does is dust the pie plate with a little bit of flour and before filling the pie she sprinkles the bottom with oats. You don't see or taste the oats, but it does make the crust less soggy. By the way you look great.
