@@p.b.sHUNTING so the track crew’s hands are tied. The Dome only allows their dirt to be used for this event and it’s made for Supercross which is really fine dirt and designed to rut up. It’s one of those deals where if they don’t water it will be smooth but rubber up on the bottom or they water it and it ruts up. I feel like the past couple years they have found a suitable medium where yes there are holes but there are multiple grooves and puts on a good show.

It’s still looks better than Super Dirt Week in Oswego, NY. It’s actually kinda impressive it isn’t worse considering it’s full size car’s running on it and not midgets like the chili bowl.

This is one of the events that show just much abuse these cars can take. This rough of a track is hard on engines, shocks, drive lines, everything! The choppiness just puts such an aggressive load on the entire car.

@@justbillsdirtracingshorts I haven’t been there since i last raced with the Comp cams super dirt series in 2016 I think it was, but I believe they still run steer stock, mods, crate late models, and 360 sprints. Use to run 305 sprint but not sure anymore. The racing gets better as the night goes on, early on the track is always super greasy cause they took the sprinkler system out years ago and went to a water truck, so you see a lot of front ends not sticking and pushing up the track. But by feature time it’s some good racing, but can be rather rough sometimes, crate lates especially. A lot of torn up bodies

Erb wasn't the fastest car there but he did a great job picking them off one by one and staying out of trouble. Carpenter damn near stole it on that last restart. All these people crying about the track is rough act like they've never seen an indoor race before. If you want a smooth track and an event that takes place within a few days you're gonna have to go to an event that does one qualifying round and then straight to the a main.

You know...the racing is really good....but the bodies on these race cars is just downright "GOOFY".😲 What are they suppose to represent...latemodel what. Parts fly off them as they go around the track and they're "flapping in the breeze". Put a decent body on them that looks like a race car. 😏

I love racing at any track, big half miles, small 3/10 bull rings. But something this small is not a good idea. Cars with 800+ horsepower on this small ass track just not very fun imo.
