She never said she wasn’t talking to Nell at all. She probably called her because Nell could have talked to Chris , who in turn, could have talked to Martel. I truly believe if Chris had answered the phone Mell would have told him that Martel had taken her money. Another thing!!!She can pick up the phone and call her friend.
