The deal between Falcoon and SNK was that he left SNK Playmore in May 2009 because of how he took the negative criticism of the Maximum Impact games to heart. Thus, KOF: Maximum Impact 3 and Regulation "A" 2 were ultimately canceled. However, Falcoon still works with SNK and even does his own artwork from time to time.

Fuck you for expecting it to be anything more than playable at the absolute best! Licensed games, at least western licensed game, particularly those based on cartoons, well, basically I wouldn't even say that punch time explosion even counts as a game. It isn't even funny bad, so I can't imagine them giving it the dignity of the Scrublords title. I can count the titles that I would consider decent on one hand. Fuck you you little shits. Releasing a mediocore or slightly worse game within an established franchise means that said game will be hated by the die-hard fans and seen as a "terrible XYZ", even if it has some positive qualities.

15:20 - The TV Specials/anime tackled that subject a little bit (but those are non-canon) plus there's an audio drama or something like that talking about Geese's origins (it's in Japanese, though, so I can't listen to it)... Basically, it all ties to three events in his early life: his childhood (spent in poverty on the streets of Southtown) and his mother's death, his attempt to "avenge" her death (by assaulting his father who abandoned Maria Howard in favour of a rich German girl before his son was born) which failed miserably and his training under Tung Fu Rue, which ended with Geese getting incredibly salty over his training partner (who later became Terry and Andy's foster dad) and leaving the dojo. Geese was getting thrashed and looked down on every step of his life, to the point when he just broke down, went full Vergil and turned into a power-hungry sociopath, willing to live the life of crime just to be "mighty". And since "power corrupts" and all that jazz, he ended up becoming more and more of an asshole the more control he had over Southtown... Bottom line, he's your typical Evil Lord in a business suit with a pretty weak "dark and tragic past" excuse thrown into the mix. Also, he's a weeaboo. And a hypocrite. And a sore looser. 0/10 would throw off Geese Tower again

Alonzo Tompkins I've always imagined Kamen Rider Mahvel as some sort of feral jungle-man like Amazon, just with sick green dreads sprouting from his helmet. His finishing move involves Rider Kicking whatever unfortunate Kaijin he comes across down the Woolie Hole; they explode from the kick, and they re-explode from falling down the hole. If they're somehow unlucky enough to survive the fall they wake up tied to a chair with their eyes pried open akin to Clockwork Orange as Woolie appears out of nowhere, pulls out a black-board, and then proceeds to list every single 'reason' why Other M isn't terrible. Every Kaijin has learned to fear the battle-cry of 'When's Mahvel'. Dai Shocker dare not encourage the rather of the fearsome Zaibatsu Rider Trio. Don't even get me started on Kamen Rider McMuscles or Kamen Rider Lavabeard.

I have this game and im not gonna lie, it was ok. The English va was poor and the story ehhhhh but the gameplay was decent and the costumes an amount of characters kept me playing. 39:23 You know what about that episode of JoJo absolutely blew me away? That, for perhaps the first time ever, someone playing a videogame in a television show or movie actually looked like they were playing a videogame, and not just mashing random buttons on a controller. Granted the games themselves still made no sense (it was written in the early 90s, what can you do?), no racing game has rules like that, and inserting hand drawn characters was, well, actually the entire setup seemed thirty years ahead of its time. Still, when a character should just hold A to accelerate and steer, they just hold A to accelerate and steer. When they want to spin, they just make a circular motion on the D-pad. When batting in a baseball game, you press A, and that's it. None of that crap where a show tries to make a game look exciting by having someone press as many buttons as they can as fast as they can. It is just about the most immersion breaking thing ever for me. The idea of a show getting games right was so foreign to me that I could barely comprehend what I was looking at. Thank you JoJo. Thank you for not making me want to vomit.

I like how the announcer in this game is super bad but then they made him WORSE in MIRA by making him say "OHH A COUNTER HIT! THAT'S GONNA LEAVE A BRUISE!" every time a counter hit happens. He also completely mispronounces Athena. Also worth mentioning is that Mignon is pretty much Lucky Chloe before Lucky Chloe. Still, I did play this a lot when it got a PAL release- the pace is pretty decent at least.

Ahhhh maximum impat 2/2006, yes i too played this game alone much like woolie and i too spent way too much of my life unlocking everything in said game, much like woolie, but where he had the happy ending of pie thefts and football murder... i got the viewtiful joe 2 demo disc... the oner that erased ps2 memory cards.... Everything after that point is a blur, i recall there being alot of blood, not all of it was mine...
