I loved it too back in the day, though it wasn't until when I was older and rewatched it that I realized how dark it was. How many Cartoons are there where the villain has Won and the heroes struggle to claim small victories. It's kind of like Saturday Morning Zombie Apocalypse.

The Bionic 6 was so awesome. I'm not exactly sure which network that show aired on...but wasn't NBC! Hahaha. NBC must have owned the local station I used to watch B6 on every day before school. I was chomping down some Crunch Berries one early .owning with some B6 on the tube, when...... BAM!!!! Everything started shaking and jerking around rather violently. A 5.9 on the Richter Scale. It wasa good one. My Mom's took us to school and we were so elated and excited!! A gas leak at school allowed me to go back home and watch cartoons for 3 days!! Haha

Cool seeing Space Ghost with one of the Teen Force members. Have to laugh every time I try to look for Teen Force episodes, I always get Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Anyway, as far a one of my all-time favorite Saturday Morning Cartoons, would be the first combiner robot cartoon I ever saw The Mighty Orbots. I was so stoked and did not hesitate to buy it when they surprised me releasing the full series on DVD. Out of curiosity I wonder if you could upload Robotix and Spiral Zone?

Wow.... The premise of the "My Pet Monster" episode accurately predicts the direction that competitive eating contests will take over the course the 90's and early aughts! Small asian competitors end up mopping the floor with their larger, more rotund, American competitors, due primarily to the "belt of fat theory" (essentially, the human stomach can be trained to expand quite significantly, however, while a heavier person's stomach may start off larger prior to the consumption of any food, the fat around their abdomen inhibits the stomach from extending beyond a certain point. Basically, their subcutaneous fat acts like a girdle, preventing their stomach from stretching. Conversely, a slender individual [their ethnicity is of no import, but the competitors to initially prove the validity of this theory were all from Japan,] can theoretically expand their stomach to previously unheard of proportions through training [gradually consuming more and more food each time they practice for an eating competition] with the only limit being however far the human stomach can stretch!). I believe King of the Hill actually Lampooned the competitive eating scene in one of their later season episodes. Regardless though, that was after this all played out in real life. The interesting part here is that "My Pet Monster" was correct on so many details about the direction the "sport" of competitive eating was to head over the subsequent decades, solely through coincidence alone. Very interesting. Unfortunately, they throw this Nostradamus-esque prediction of competitive eating right out the window, as they have Monster inevitably replace the asian kid.

Jan: "...somehow, that's not Space Ghost!" Nah, really? What tipped you off? The fact that he looks different, acts different, or sounds different? Those twins ain't the brightest stars in the universe, if you follow the vernacular.
