Delightfully, I both live and work in Seattle's Pike Place Market, and we have THREE spice purveyors who compete with each other in selection. I have a mind-bending selection of over eight grades of smoked paprika alone; let alone all the other spices. Every time I visit the shops, i pride myself in getting a wee bit of something I have never tried along with my list of needs. It's my way of traveling the world!

Wow this is really cool, i can just zen in and watch the cooking process, while listening to you guys chat a little. You've struck a really nice balance here between those two and i love the overhead camera showing me the little details of the cooking process. How much water is on the pan when the paprika goes in, how much thyme you're using and when you add it... you forgetting things and doing them after like i normally do. Loved this! More please. Very relatable and also very informative. Being able to see the dish change over time instead star end views is useful. Noting how wet / dry to keep the dish. Subtle details are super visible this way and it’s likes being on the other side of side of the counter. Lovely experience.

I very often do one pot meat (chicken or lamb or beef) and loved using it for couple of days. Although yesterday’s meat I added way too many spices, did taste good but keeping simple like you did is generally what I love … Thanks again for sharing your weekend meal with us ! ❤✌🏾
