In the Tzeentch vs Beastmen i was 100% convinced that the Middle is an Objective too. Just two Homeopjectives and then Ungu Bungu in the Middle

@Turin in the first Tzeentch game with the changeling as Be'lakor against the high elves, the reason you were down on value the whole time was because vortex, bombardment, etc (any spell that isn't a summon or direct damage) doesn't track damage value, nor do your army abilities like the Tzeentch firestorm. It's been bugged since TWW3's launch.

Does this apply in land battles too? And is it only in multiplayer, or does it impact campaign too? I can kind of understand the difficulties in incorporating healing for accounting for damage value, but it seems bizarre that something as universal as magic is half bugged with value calculation too

@@spiggityspoo756 Healing has never been taken into account for damage value, as for Land Battle, Domination, and worst of all FFA (which determines the winner BY the damage value) I know that magic like that is completely bugged, I haven't paid attention enough to see if it's the case for campaign.

@@kirbythewizard101 Damn, I hadn’t even considered FFA, that’s gotta suck for factions that get a lot of their damage from magic and bombardment abilities like Tzeentch. I’m sure that damage value is calculated properly for direct damage spells like Final Transmutation (gods bless that spell in my Daemon Prince campaign), but I’ll have to test it for vortexes and bombardments and others like that. It definitely doesn’t account for healing that I’ve experienced (fucking MALUS), though that’s consistent at this point I guess

1:42:25 IDK if you already know this but you were looking for the enemy RoR, just press spacebar every RoR has a purple icon above their heads so you can spot them instantly. I recommend also toggling hero portraits to show permanently so they are WAY easier to spot. At least that works in Land Battles, I don't know if Domination is different.

Map in game 3 definitely checked the box for "rule of cool". However, I do not think it is appropriate for truly competitive play. It is very asymmetric and for casual that is fine but for true sweaty play top players will figure out which side has an advantage and play to it. Small things really get magnified in true sweaty competitive play.

I don't think you should drop the ORB map, after all, both armies can fight for the ORB. Sure it rewards armies that are better at quickly bullying an opponent of an objective, but all maps reward certain armies over others, there is no such thing as a completely balanced map

I know Kislev is a bit over 50% on total tavern, but the best players are figuring them out and they'll be as oppressive, if not more, than Bretonnia was with grail Knight spam last patch.

I remain constantly amazed that turin is amazed when screamers fail at their one job. Every. Time. 😆 they just never pay for themselves even when in the correct fights. wonder if they have some jank with animations or its just the melee defence

screamers are def solid! takes some finesse tho. usually have no problem getting 2k+ with them. but the main thing is TZ has no melee cav below the price of chaos knights. screamers are close but not quite it, they’re they ultimate mid tier cav support tool… too bad TZ doesn’t have that

Good stuff, great games! I wanted to ask though how are you saving your reply's with ability to do a name change? mine always just save as the last played game then I have to change the name in the game logs before i play another game or it overwrites..

When the battle ends before you click end battle you get the option to save replay and then you can name it. It somtimes dosen't give you much time to do it though.

I'll have to check that, is it new? i see the save replay button but dont get an option after that it just saves over the last battle i fought. If its timed thats just silly lol I'll double check that thanks.@@Zettern96

@@Sebatticus it came with warhammer 3 I think. If your opponent leaves it eventually forces you to leave and then you can't save the replay like that anymore.

@@WelterinoYeah, unfortunately many of Kislev's hybrid units are just too good at too many things. That's part of a broader design problem, where they're just "awesome" in this cartoony way that has nothing to do w/ Warhammer- and it's worse for the new ones. Huge sled pulled by bears, zipping around at almost the speed of cavalry? I raise you ancient witch on a sled pulled by Deviantart beasts, zipping around almost as fast if not faster, while firing mortars and even bigger mortars, w/ more HP than Karl Franz. It's sad, because it cheapens what could've been a faction with some grit and historical depth. Aren't winged lancers and streltsi cool enough? Throw in some superheavy bear cav for fun and you've got a party.

there should always be a blance between lore-accuracy and gameplay-fun, that you don't get the mounts of the legendary lords as the changeling is in my opinion too much lore-accuracy/realism. It's a missed opportunity

Hyenas... I duno what CA is thinking about. A brand new multiplayer game as a service shooter Now when you have games like Overwatch 2 being dunked on. It sucks to call a game death on arrival..but I don't see how it isn't the next Battleborn or Lawbreakers. Game isn't even free like OW 2, it isn't a established IP so while something brand new is cool, it's just random nobodies. Investing a bunch of resources into a FPS multiplayer shooter for a company known for some of the best Strategy games ever is just strange. I'm sure the CEO's want to diversify and get new audiences, but this game trend was kinda over years ago.

When talking about armored kossars being op one should not forget how expensive they already are for a core obj unit at 700/750. Once their pistols got nerfed they will be fine.
