Madame Web wasn't a good movie, but I still enjoyed it more than Morbius. I'd rather watch a bad movie over a boring movie. & Sydney acted well with what she & the other actresses were given.

I doubt she "decided" anything. Celebs have a team of people calling the shots -- PR reps, agents, managers. It was most likely decided by them that it was better for her image and career to acknowledge (after the critics and internet and public at large had already agreed) that the bad movie she was in was bad. It's not brave at that point. It's damage control. Brave would have been continuing to insist it's good and urging people to see it... Like she did before it was released.
@xensonar9652
@xensonar9652 8 ай бұрын
@@jessetorres8738 It wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The first 30 mins and the last 10 mins were absolute trash. The rest would have been average if not for the most weird and annoying villain I have ever seen in a film. Did they reshoot his voice or something? Because it just seemed off the whole way through.

There’s something endearing about how she always seems so nervous. Its nice to see someone not seem polished every once in a while and still go out there and get it done
@doreencellner55
@doreencellner55 8 ай бұрын
I guess that rather than being nervous, I felt that she was excited. I thought it was lovely that she allowed her joy and youthfulness and vulnerability to come through. She's probably aware, even at her young age of what an honor and a big deal it is to host Saturday Night Live, and I felt she also came across as being very poised and well-prepared. A real pro, and so talented.

Madam Web worked out pretty good for her. She got her money, it was a "big" enough movie to get her on all the big talk/comedy shows to give her more exposure, and it was so terrible that all anyone (positively) remembers from it is her dress on the red carpet. Which is a great outcome, all around.

I like how the SNL writers are on the same side of TikTok as I am I was really worried they were going to miss out on some of the rumors, but you know there's something comforting in knowing SNL has a lot of Gen Z interns doing the research.

@@AverageDongerRich kids don't clean restaurant bathrooms as part-time job to afford living California 😂 Sydney sweeney was not a rich kid, She was from Middle Class, her dad was a doctor and her mom was assistant for mediocre lawyers lol but after 2 kids she was a housewife Plus Sydney sweeney family didn't pay for her private school, Sydney got a Scholarship also Sydney never said they were struggling when they were living in Spokane, The struggle started after her family tried to live in Los Angeles cause life is very expensive there even bottle of water or grocery are more expensive, don't forget Sydney was the one to blame for their Finacial Struggles that lead to filed bankruptcy and divorced that why she talks and feel guilty, by the way since her roles in White lotus and Euphoria, her doors started to open and she tried to pay her family back for all their Sacrifices this year she paid off her mom mortgage.

@@user-sp3gg7id8q it's so funny to me how so many people instantly believe everything hollywood actors tell them in interviews even if they contradict themselves.. sydney sweeny is not this superhuman poor girl who, against all the odds, worked her ass of to become succesful. that's the cool image she tries to sell of herself. if we believe any hollywood actors then none of the superhero actors would be on testosterone lol.

@@AverageDonger I believes you're women who's Jealous of Sydney Sweeney and I believed she's struggling financial because a lot of people in this world are poor and I have the same experience, I'm from Africa and I live in uk, my brother was shock when I told him I can't efford Sport Car 😢 I do believe her beauty and lucky play a big part of her successful not because she come from rich parents, Why Ana Taylor didn't said she was poor? Because she was not but she said she was bullying and I believe her, Celebrity are human being and who struggling and have a Victim Mentality just like us. Most Women love to bring down IT girl by saying she lying or fake so be careful.
