Watching this for the first time in 2023...honest assessment, I don't think the skit as it's written is all that good...the ending is pretty awkward to be honest...BUT, regardless of the skit being bad, average, or great, Farley ALWAYS elevates every skit he touches, and it's no different here. Most of my funniest things are cartoons...Bugs Bunny and Simpsons. The funniest people I've seen, like Peter Sellers, Monty Python, and Farley, can make anything funny. Farley holds the single-human record for making me laugh the most (the hide-and-seek audition in Beverly Hills Ninja literally made me flip off my sofa laughing). So many of his comedy peers love this guy so much is because he was so honest and direct. He communicated. Some of it was really funny.
