But really anywhere in the rural south...reminds me of getting up on Sunday morning frying spots and croakers, and soaking grits to eat with the fish. The video reminds me of hot summer mornings and cool summer evenings, and fresh air after a thunderstorm.... absolutely lovely.

I wash the eggs like I would wash a vegetable before using it. Making sure it’s clean before breaking it.

Opening windows is normal in the Caribbean. Majority don’t have air conditioning and the weather is hot. We live in harmony with the flying bugs. If you’re wondering about flies, you just keep your home clean and they’ll stay away (most of the time). 🙂We enjoy the breeze blowing through our homes as well.
