what you are saying is 100% true. Many dont think Saturn is a best yoga-karaka, if they understand and do their karma (i.e work, responsibilities, as well social wellbeing). The more an individual oppose the more they are going to get is only disappointments. My life changed in just Jup-Sat antar-dasha. I started my KZbin channel, and become what I am today. Learnt astrology and got into deeper spiritual journey. I can relate what you are saying such as learning astro, travelling places, etc. For me it was very hard period. Eventually able to get the big picture. If an antar-dasha is like that, certainly I can understand how a maha-dasha going to be.

Had the most difficult time in jupiter mahadasa, and the first 8 yrs of saturn mahadasa was so much change. However, the past 2yrs have been very comfortable, in fact the best years I've ever had!I have struggled a lot with consistent effort and hardship in the past and now it seems all my past efforts are being repaid now. However, I'm used to hard work and consistent effort for the past 30 yrs on and still continue to do so but now life is just not a struggle and things just come my way without much effort

For cancer lagna as a functional malefic and makara planet its indeed something I worry about. Currently, I am in Guru maha dasa. Guru is strong in lagna in Shani nakshatra so the hard work, desire to fast, pray, meditate, do ritual, help the homeless, and simply focus inward on dharma and away from the distractions of maya is in part Shani’s energy how it matured for me. As i grew in consciousness shani has delivered some fruits …. Shani will reward those after the fires of their suffering humble them.

Other remedies: I wear a ring I got from a Vishnu Priest in Varanasi, made from the nail of a boat which traveled in the Ganga for some time. I wear it on the Saturn finger of my right hand, along with what I thought was a family sapphire, perhaps really a London Tourmaline. I also feel the crows and ravens on Saturdays, a good day to fast and chant. I'm in my 3rd part of Sadi Sati. (Capricorn ascendant).

Mem, I cannot believe, the second mantra you prayed I found on this week in a film Sya Kea Ram, Sita was praying Shiva with it and I fall in love with the mantra, I love how it sounds. The point is except Saturn wholly and one have to experience him in your own life. No reading or analysis can bound him because he is bigger then the words you use to describe him. In my life the one thing I do to achieve anything in my life during Saturn mahadasa is just one thing and that is fasting on Saturday from sunrise 🌅 to sunset 🌇✨. This alone ensures all comfort and success in my life. In my chart he is very low but now I'm very successful person. So except him and fast on Saturday. Thank you.
