Of course it's important to understand the whole chart and the dignity of the planets. In my case, Jupiter is happy in the chart. For this and other reasons I can expect positive results in this dasha, especially in contrast to Rahu which was very difficult for me.

I’m currently in the last month of my Rahu MD. And Rahu was a mix for me. Mostly bad, as I hurt my family a lot, didn’t give myself enough respect, anxiety, I’ve never been able to get away with acne 100% and so much more. The history of my jobs were all over e place. I got sudden gain from money but I also had debt too at one point What is weird that as I’m getting closer to my Jupiter MD, I’ve really been changing. The changes are more inclined to taking care of myself. Mentally and physically. My behaviour has changed towards my family. I like being home more to my self and family. It just happened out of no where. So many habits of mine have been getting different. I’ve been starting to love the colour yellow and bought so many new yellow 22k gold jewellery.

Hi Subreina! same dasha and Asc. How has this period been for you? For Libras Jupiter is a functional malefic, not sure what your experiences were. Personally, I've completely changed, become more spiritual but health hasn't been great.

Thank you for your knowledge. I'm a sagittarius ascendant with Jupiter and mars in first house in d1 and jupiter and ketu in ascendant for d9 leo lagna. I'm going through jupiter mahadasha period and about to finish Saturn's antadasha. Saturn is exalted in 11 for d1 and debilitated in 9th house d9. I can tell you now this dasha has been hard so far. I preferred my rahu dasha. It was more fun.

I think it’s best to do what Saturn likes most, like self discipline, respecting elders , taking responsibility for your life, living in the present etc. Most remedies were written years ago in Vedic astrology and may not be possible to perform in today’s world. Every planet has a positive & negative side to it. It is always best to follow the positive traits of a planet to get its positive results.

I’m currently in Jupiter mahadasha. An astrologer once told me that since I have Jupiter in Sagittarius in natal (own sign), the results will not be that great and will be mediocre. But yes it is much better than previous Rahu MD.

How come you didn’t actually describe what happens during the Dasha? Does abundance happen? Do you become poor do you develop cancer? Because I keep hearing the Jupiter dashaactually bad. And what about Jupiter and the houses? This didn’t explain it very well
