Great video, but I'm pretty sure 52 lbs of torque on those 10mm transmission bolts was too much. I broke one... Decided to torque the other one to 37 lbs instead, based on additional research.

So I saw research for both 52 and 37. But I figured tighter might be better. Could've gone 45 and split the difference

@@tailgatejake7507 ya maybe. I also heard that sometimes engine mount bolts maybe get weak over time 🤔🤷‍♂️

So did u drop the subframe or just loosen the bolts?

You loosen them a little bit

I don't think I loosened any subframe bolt. All of the bolts were easy to access once you get everything out of the way, like all the plastic covers and what not

What year is the car? It’s so hard to find a 2002.

So the car in the video is a 2000, but a 2002 should be exact same thing.
