Not sure how it happened but once I locked the keys and fob inside the car (Vue). Could not get in. My location meant calling a locksmith would have been expensive and involved a long delay. Fortunately this was in my yard. After looking at this and other videos, I drilled a hole about 5/16 or 3/8 (not sure) about in the middle of the cavity under the hatch handle. Where your finger tips go when you unlatch the hatch. I reached through this hole with a small welding rod and was able to flip the black thingee you see in this video. It took a lot of probing, feeling around and poking before I caught it. I plugged the hole using one of those black plastic pins that hold some of the plastic panels in place. The ones with the central pin that you push in to expand the shaft.

You should be able to use the same procedure explained here. Once you get the lock, you should be able to open it with instructions here. Then you have to replace the lock

I know i did but i dont really remember what happened to mine back then. I know I fixed it because i sell cars. I always have to find the solution. What is wrong with yours? I think i had to replace the actuator.. try putting current to yours and see if it works.
