Great info. I just bought a 2005 ion , no crank , no fuel pressure dead fuel Guage and obd2 port says data link failure. Have tried two different ignition switches. Anti theft light blinking , tried the key relearn. Got my hands full , 85k miles , nice little car. Thanks for the great info , very helpful. 👍👍

I order a ecm for my 2002 saturn vue I sent them the vin number so they could program it for my saturn vue , I put the ecm on and now it won't start.

Thanks Matt. I have a saturn Vue XR 2008 3.6 eng. front wheel drive. Lots of issues. But mostly Traction control light just comes on and stays on now. No start or stalling issues. But then my battery went bad and alternator. I bought a good code reader and not sure what I'm doing but I have a feeling it's the BCM? I have replaced the battery and Alt. but unable to register the new AGM battery. So any Ideas will help.

Did fixing the throttle body or pedal stop the issue?

What did you do about the pedal position sensor?? I have the same issues and I've changed the pedal no change.

My sarrun vue 2003does start but is go off I do know why ? My battery is good my cool and spark plug in good condition my starter is good when i start i see white gas also i going off less than 10 second i have no idea what happen it was work perfectly suddenly does not trun on .someone told my I have to reprogram my Saturn could please help me?

Hi Matt, I watched these 2 videos in hopes of resolving my issue with our 2007 Saturn Ion-2, except it starts just fine. As soon as the car starts, the DRLs and dash lights flash in any gear. But, when you turn the headlights to the on position, everything is normal. Any thoughts? By chance, are you in Houston? Thanks for the great videos..

Hi! Thanks for the blessings. On this no it did not. Needed a wire harness. I have repaired few with the same symptoms by replacing pedal and throttle body.

I have the very same problem, same year even the same color, stalls wile running the security lights flashes 3 times and then jerk back and keep running at low speeds just die but start right away!
