Very logically and beautifully explained. Sometimes the other person does not realise that anger can emotionally harm the other person. By repeatedly expressing it amicably we also help the person getting angry work on their anger gradually.

I am sharing my experience here on a similar matter. I used to be quite an aggressive person with the bosses. In one lecture series on " How to manage your Boss" we were told. It is very difficult to change self. If it is difficult to change self, how can we expect to change the boss. He is also a human being like us. So do not respond aggressive if you do not like something. At that moment, whatever we try, it will not get registered. So wait for a moment when boss is in a receptive mood and convey you feelings. This lesson from mr. Shrinivasan, the management guru changed me a log.

People get angry with injustice. What are you saying
@vindhyarao80302 жыл бұрын
Both the reasons are correct fir anger. When some injustice happens and also when people overstep boundaries. I noticed this: when we calmly explain the problem to someone instead of getting angry, i noticed that it works for a limited time. Aftet sometime people tend to cross boundaries once again. How do we deal with this? There are difficult personality types, some or them do not care when you explain to them quietly.

Ma'am this world is full of insensitive people in times we live in, I use to bottle up my feelings since birth but when it became unbearable i started expressing or voicing out my feelings. I can not fight so I explain but have discovered that 90% of people will not consider how you feel because of their actions ,they are least bother about it. Some are even bold enough to hurt you further when they get to know your weakness. they think now it's official that they have the power to hurt you.

Sometimes expressiveness is not enough. Still people never understands. They try to push with own topics as if it was correct to react by them. So we have to be not shouting nor react at them or express them. The 4th way is mirror them how they did to to us, we won't get that exact situation how they did unmatched we have the opportunity to do to them in other way.

Anger cones with Ego also, If someone is extremely is Egoistic and then 2ns person whoseever is getting bigger than you and doesnt do what You want to Do , then also Anger happens ..this is the Worst Form of Anger which happens out of Blind Self centric Ego
