After passing friom Presidency College Rabindranath Tagore called him and he went to his Visva-bharati to study fine arts at Kola vaban কলাভবন. And then it was the only fine arts Institute in Asia. There he sdudied new dimension of paintings from best teachers like Binod Bihari, Nandalal Bose etc.

Thanks a lot that you are saying about such a great filmmaker like Satyajit Ray , present day very few youth know about his struggle and achieve ment. I consider if one can research on his story , character selection and character analyse to script writing and costume and set designing to shot composition etc. then one can understand that in his every work of a film there is a reason behind his decision. I have an experience to observe the shooting of his two films. Oh , what a grand experience it were.
