That what shows up in the field is created by your belief that it is true so you can see your belief displayed on the screen of awareness like watching a movie which is only a dance of Light. Any phenomenon that arises in the present arises from a continual action/reaction situation. That is the "recollection of the projections" made by my individual perceptions in order to survive in my own creation that I "forgot that I created." The current situations, the flow of the occurences, are always toward a state of equilibrium of the entire creation of my own perception. I am my own world.

In 1974 when I was 21 I went to the Himalayas to learn this beautiful teaching. It would have been wonderful to have met Shunyamurti then , but perhaps there was karma to go through and I was probably not able to understand the depth of this information.

none of these surface tensions matter to someone who is tuned into love. Add 10 more plagues and my expression of love will be the same. it is not the outer situation or myth of situation, it is the inner conviction of truth that matters most. This love overcomes all boundary and dissolves the meaning we use to construct any world at all. There is nothing new under the sun. This is probably the tenth time I have listened to this! Now, with this past Texas shooting there is the realization that there is a grand scheme. And in that grand scheme, which is made up of active memes, is your virtual reality. Look at the whole scenario of the Uvalde shooting from beginning to end. Start at the grandmother of the shooter and her truck. It plays just like a video game. The point I am making about there being a grand scheme is the hallway door to the outside that the teacher closed but did not latch. The shooter went in that door after running up toward and shooting into the school. How did he know that door was open? He probably didn't. That was just a help maneuver to allow airflow, but it fit into the shooter's virtual reality. There were policemen chasing him. If that door were closed and latched and locked, it would have had a different ending.

Shunyamurti's response: Go to the root, rather than trying to change the symptom. The immediate cause is anxiety. The root is the ego. Dissolve the ego complex by focusing on the Absolute Presence that underlies all thought, emotion, and other activity of the mind. This Absolute Self, once accepted completely as one’s Real and only Self, will eliminate both the symptom and the cause, without effort.

If I may, what I've come to know about our letter symbols suggests the following: The capital or uppercase "|", which is similar to a lowercase "L" ("l")...as well as the number "1"...all communicate similar or corresponding messages. I = incarnation (the materialization of consciousness in a form that allows for a physical experience. Not to be confused with "me" which is "mental energy" and associated with ego and the experience had while incarnated.) L = consciousness (uppercase = source, lowercase = individuated personification) 1 = induction (or the beginning of our journey as a fractalization of source consciousness) The lowercase "i" is symbolic of a fall into the void of unconsciousness...i.e. losing contact with our higher, true essence...or becoming lost in the illusion. Hopefully, this brings some clarity, or at the very least, introduces you to an alternative perspective that might aid you as you walk your journey. 🙏😇

Oh, and regards to instrumentals versus those with lyrics. The way I see it, words evoke thoughts (or frequency), whereas sound is a vibration that influences our emotion (motion of energy). When thoughts are combined with emotion, they create a feeling, the creating force of our reality. If we are free to think what we want while listening to an instrumental then we're in the driver's seat, per se. However, lyrics can be perceived as driving us along a preconceived path...i.e. we've relinquished control. I hope this makes sense for you. 👍😇
