I love this Buldak ramen noodles and wanted to know if the black sauce is the same one as in the packets? I've heard it's another one, thinner not as thick and spicy? If it's the same sauce I'd buy it immediately and put it on noodles and rice! I liked and subscribed as you're also a fan of hot ramen!

As far as the black sauce, I believe it's the same as in the packets that come with the noodles. I was pleased with these very much, great on rice or homemade noodles

I recently tried for the first time the cheese noodles and were so good! But they're kinda expensive so I'm trying to find the sauce for doing it with a cheaper ramen brand. Which one would be the closer to the sauce package in the cheese ramen?

The Samyang sauces, in my experience, pair really well with meat and carbs. Carbs alone, there's no fattiness to balance the heat. I made a stir-fry sauce with Buldak sauce packets, Sweet soy, ginger, and garlic powder. Pork, potatoes, peppers/onions, and broccoli. Absolutely fantastic, and especially when paired with rice.

Great questions. If memory serves me correctly, I believe the heat level goes from the pink being lowest in heat level and the red one is the hottest. The black and red have similar flavor but I believe the red is the 2x spicy to the black one and the pink is totally different flavor.

@@TrailoFire so many things to add this sauce to. I treat it like a seasoning. If you likes sriracha and mayo, I recommend adding buldak to mayo before spreading on your sandwiches! Add a bit of buldak to spy sauce with stir fries. The possibilities are endless!
