I've seen videos where they do this number and the camera literally shakes. And then there's the 27-minute long concert footage Morrison, IL 8/19/15 where this is one of several songs they perform. This is the one were Tim blows out the speakers. That is one of my favorite videos of theirs
@lrfcowper

Two things: Your Man was one of three songs they performed in their tryouts for The Sing-Off that got the production people so excited about a country a cappella group, so it's been in their repertoire a *long* time. Everyone's telling you to go watch the Morrison, IL, version of this where he blows the speakers, but my favorite is one recorded by Russell Wolff Productions because of the flirting between Tim and Rob. And your comments about Adam reminds me of an old concert video from back when they used to kind of share introduction duties and Austin is introducing Adam and says something about "the things this man can do with his mouth" and Adam raises one eyebrow and then gives the *filthiest* grin imaginable.

There's a recording of him singing "Your Man" another time when he literally blew the speakers (correct use of literally) - it's hilarious - it's the second song, but the whole footage is great - Concert Morrison, IL 8/19/15 And... You definitely have to see the video of what Tim's super-low note does to a static camera. Spoilers alert - it has the very appropriate title - Tim Foust's vibration

Oh, Saucey, it's quite obvious you relate most to these guys, you get them, their humour. I honestly would LOVE seeing/hearing you interview them. I've seen them do this many times, mostly for VIPs, but I'm not sure I've ever seen them do it sitting down before. You'd love the choreography for the "backup" singers when Chris was still in the band. As always, enjoyed your reaction immensely. Thanks, Saucey! 🥰🙏

I guess I’m a broken record, so I’ll repeat myself…”I Can’t Outrun You “, 5 part harmony, and Chance directed the video. “Cover Me Up “, and let the video play out as there is a surprise at the end. “Some Girls Do”, and “Dive Bar Saints”. Contact Adam Rup's management team, bro. Send along a list of questions you'd like to ask in an interview, and, if he likes the questions, he just might surprise you and do an interview with you. Tim and Austin have done them, as has Chris Rup. They're almost as approachable as you'd think they are, honestly. Adam Rupp was a music performance major in college... a trumpet major! He still is an awesome trumpet soloist; and uses his trumpet to warm up before each show. His mouth & throat muscles have been honed for 25-30 years! "Embouchure is the position and use of the lips, tongue, and teeth in playing a wind instrument"-- in the Ruppster's case that wind instrument IS his mouth! In concert, one of Tim's "filler comments" is about trying to stay behind Adam so he doesn't take an unintentional shower (of spit) on stage. When ever you can catch it, go back and review some of the Adam's camera time as they are performing; you can really see the face, throat and neck muscles move & change as he changes sounds. It boggles the mind what he can do !!! Castanets in the Sea Shanty Medley! Rim shots! High-hat cymbals - you name it and Adam can do it vocally... so talented -- they all are!! They share the limelight and acknowledge each other's gifts.

With your comments on Adam Rupp. From my experience with beatboxing and bass stuff (im kinda just starting beatboxing but ive been doing bass for almost a year) There really isn't a ton of strain in beatboxing unless you're doing things other than the basic kick, hi-hat, and snare noises. All of the air that comes out through those noises aren't really you breathing, you're just taking the air that's already in your mouth and just use that. Of course you need to breath but it's not like normal singing. And the more relaxed your mouth is when producing the noises, the clearer and more accurate they are. So I could imagine he's pretty relaxed throughout most of the song. (I sort of started rambling so sorry if this was long)

Tim has said he hates this song, and I tend to agree. BTW a deep voice is not enough for a woman. Quite apart from the fact that a lot of women are simply not into deep voices, like anything else that attracted you some years ago, it will lose its appeal when someone has left wet towels on the bathroom floor every day for years.
