Talk about ending on a high note. He sings high in almost every cover he does, irregardless of how the original artist sang it, though he certainly doesn't have to to sound amazing. Can't wait till you see one of his caraoke, no studio, just his voice recorded on a phone.

So as I said in the Chat the other night, which it was really busy and I think Gabriel broke your brain...as he does many peeps...Gabriel is from Brazil, he's got a 7 Octave range, and full on sings and belts in whistle tones...which not many men can actually do. He is a unicorn, an amazingly talented vocalist and he sings all kinds of stuff. He actually grew up and started as a Contemporary Christian singer. English is not his speaking language, and he tackles these very hard covers of Mariah, Whitney, Adele, Bruno Mars, Beyonce, etc. wonderfully. He has some great duets in his native language, Brazil, with his brother that will make you cry, "Oceanos" is one in particular. Its a rabbit hole worth going down. My particular favorites of his are "Standup", "Oceans", "Easy" and "Talking To The Moon"....but I can listen to him sing the phonebook if he wants. You needed to hear him SauceyDad, he and Mitchy are probably from the same home planet, I would imagine, posing on Earth with the rest of us little humans who cannot come close to doing what they can. lol

Someone probably already mentioned this but, just in case no one did, this song was written and performed by the Rock group Foreigner. It was on their 5th album, Agent Provocateur, released in 1984. It’s been covered by Mariah as well as Wynonna Judd.
