I was laughing so hard through this reaction.😂 All of the members of ptx are not only incredibly talented in their own areas but also perfectionists as well so there's definitely no such thing has a mediocre ptx video. If a member of ptx is there, it's going to be insane in some fashion. If you happen to want to hear the falsetto part of Scott's crazy range, you should check out him singing Lose Us with Rozzi.

Scott is one of those people where it really shows that vocal classifications doesn't really work. People always get so hung up on whether you're a baritone, tenor, soprano etc. but the truth is that most peoples vocal ranges fit into more than one category. Scott has such a wide vocal range that he sings everything from bass to baritone to tenor. And as others have said, he's definitely the most versatile in the group - both because of his vocal range, but also due to the various styles he can sing: pop, r&b, country, soul, reggae, hip hop, rap, rock, electronic etc. he's also a very competent beatboxer.

This is the perfect example to show when someone doesn't believe Scott is covering the bass when either Avi or Matt would take over solos with PTX! He has such an incredible range!

The body percussion he's hitting on his chest serves two purposes: it keeps the beat/rhythm and it also serves as a muscle memory trigger to remind him to hit the bass notes.

Scott can also do a few whistle tones. He's amazing. He adds so much to the fullness of sound in songs in ptx but most people don't realize unless you really pay attention & break down the vocal parts & watch his mouth.

Another reactor said that he didn’t think Scott wasn’t that great and didn’t add much - words he is still eating and happily so. He is now a Scott fan. I think he gets overlooked because of the amazing support he gives and he takes the lead and the complex harmonies. Every person in PTX is a genius but I am partial to Scott.

Great reaction! It's not just Scott's brilliant talent, ambition, drive and inclusiveness, he has such a phenomenally creative mind. The brain that would hear the bizarre original and decide to cover it or be on a European tour, realize that "Lost On You" would fit perfectly with "Time" from "Inception" and call Mario to arrange to record it when he got home. Absolutely unreal.

I watch a lot of different PTX reactions and most of the time people have a favorite. Most of the time it's Mitch or Kirstin. Some people can't get enough of Kevin and others go nuts for Avi and/or Matt. I don't think I have ever once heard someone say Scott is their favorite! For as much as a lot of new reactors believe he is the "lead" of the group he really gets overshadowed. I think he is amazing! Something like this really shows what he can do.

You can't sleep on any member of PTX. Scott is a prime example. He's Mr. Versatile. Need a pop-y lead? Check. Soulful lead? Check. Gritty rock n' roll? Check. Matt/Avi taking lead? He'll cover the bass line. Mitch/Kirstie taking lead? Scott's got the high harmony. He can even beat box a little from what I've seen in BTS segments, though I'm not sure he's ever done it in an official track. Make no mistake, they all have hidden, under appreciated talents that the group utilizes. There isn't a word superlative enough to describe these people.

All of the members of PTX are definitely something different, that's for sure. Scott doing things like this, Kevin and the...whatever it is HE does, Mitch and his otherworldly talent, Kirsty and her triple threat ( acting, singing, dancing ), and Matt with his own solo work ( which, if I'm honest, I haven't heard yet. ) But, you're right that 5 people, and we know of so many, both in this group and others, shouldn't be able to contain this much talent. Yet they do. And, I'm ever so glad they decide to share it with us. Speaking of which, I really enjoy your reactions to some of my favorite music. Your videos are fun and engaging, a little humorous, but always seems to express what I was feeling when I first heard whichever song you're reacting to at the time. One word of caution, if I could, though. I know people are coming to the channel to see the kind of "over the top" reactions, and that's great. But, please, keep those genuine. That's what draws people in, IMO. Those moments when you really ARE gobsmacked, when you truly ARE rendered speachless, or when you actually ARE shocked by what you're either hearing or seeing on screen. So, don't force it, please. Not saying that's what you've BEEN doing, not in the least. I just don't want the temptation to creep in and ruin a good thing. Thank you for doing these videos.
