The “Somebody that I used to Know” video was when they were just starting out and it was one of the videos (along with Evolution of Music) that went viral and got their name out there. Oh and I also got chills when Mitch started singing That’s Christmas to Me ☺️

I love this one, all of them just casually being incredible like it's no big deal. Their game, interview and vlog type videos are my favorites because it really shows their personalities and quirks. Like Kevin being incredibly wise, Scott frequently being unable to remember lyrics, their passion for music, and a thousand other things that make me love them for way more then just their music. It's so cool that the subscribed viewer count is 50%, I've never heard another reactor say it's that high before! Just shows how awesome you are.

There's a video of them singing Telephone at the Star Vista in Singapore, at the same concert where the AHA video that melted your brain was, and it's just as epic. It's a jet-lagged, red-bull-fueled Mitch encore. It's great. Also, I really think you would love checking out the PTXperience videos. IT's basically behind the scenes stuff from their tours and music videos and stuff and their personalities really shine like they do in this one :)

Hello Saucey Dad. Love those statistics. Subscribed, watching, commenting and the bell is on!! Not missing anything! Love the introduction to the game - love Mitch's response to describing the task. First time seeing this one - games are fun and PTX sure know how to have fun. You still have to react to PTXs cover of Seasons of Love and their Sesame Street appearances. That's Christmas to Me is an absolutely beautiful PTX original and the video is wonderful - won't say a word about it - no spoilers - but you have to react to that - no need to wait until December. Mitch singing those lines just brings it all back!! Scott's last song that you did not get was from the musical Chicago - swept the Oscars one year - with Catherine Zita Jones, Renee Zellweger and Richard Gere! I couldn’t agree more and have said so…lol! Another Christmas one that I find myself turning to when this cruel world disgusts me (which is more often than I care to admit) is PTX with Mitch in the lead singing Frosty the Snowman to the children at Christmas Under the Stars. Not only is it upbeat and beautiful, to me, the most BEAUTIFUL thing about it is (no matter if it will eventually be seen and heard by millions) there is NO DOUBT who they are singing to!!! Those children are their entire audience…just classy and heartwarming.

@@timcaldwell5241 Yes, yes yes...PTX singing Frosty the Snowman at BYUTV Christmas Under the Stars was so beautiful. Sitting around with the kids looking at them enjoying the singing. Mitch doing the lead there in Frosty is superb, his vocal perfect and smooth, and even though he was singing it looked like he was just having a gentle conversation. Another one I go to (not waiting for Christmas) is I Saw Three Ships from the BYUTV special. The joy of singing emanating from them!!

Here's the link for their first 5-person performance for Telephone (other than their audition tape). The biggest difference (other than adding Kevin and Avi) was that they unleshed Mitch's high note. They weren't able to do that in the High School version.

About Cell Block Tango and Chicago: it's a musical. There's a movie version of Chicago with Catherine Zeta Jones and Renee Zellweger. My mum and I loved it and ended up going to see the stage version in London when I was studying there. It was fabulous! The film is slightly different. As others have said, PTX sang Telephone when they auditioned for the Sing-Off. Honestly probably a big part of why they did that is because they already had done a lot of the arrangement of it as the trio and the group only met together in person for the first time the day before auditioning. You can find videos of the PTX arrangement from tour performances. I would give anything and maybe I'll make it my Patreon request but there is another thing they did like this that was shower singing (EDIT: I just went to look for it and it isn't up anymore on you tube.) and they were all fawning over Mitch and they all said they would pay any price for a ticket for a shower concert from Mitch but Kirstie was the ring leader. In case you haven't seen it yet there are several interviews where Kirstin and Scott say they almost stop singing when Mitch hits a high note like in telephone...they have to come back in as soon as that note is done and they have said sometimes they have almost missed it.
