Btw talking about Saucony shoes - would you recommend Ride 17 or Triumph 20? Triumph 20 is 2 generations old, but has the same midsole compund (the feel may be different), and is available at a slightly more cost.

I read about asics Gel Phoenix 7B which is around 2.5k rupees. It has spEVA midsole with heel+forefoot gel unit. It'd be of great help if you guys could review it and let us know if its any good for non-heel strikers for daily runs of 5-10KMs 3 to 4 times a week. BTW, love you content! Good Luck 🤞🏼
