A great feature there. You get in touch with it if you start with operations but I honestly did not recognized as well that you can build them in the deck by yourself. Great bootcamp. Thanks mate!

My feedback from BG- I try to make the cost of the squad= 1 minute of income or 2 minutes, which is 260 points or 520 for 2 minutes. That way I can be sure I can order an entire squad.

Huh, I never thought about putting them together so you can put down a whole platoon at the start. I’ve always made Infantry, Armor, Support and Aircraft companies where I grouped things like Air Defence, Anti-tank, Armor, Helicopters, Artillery, etc together

It's a genuinely smart move deploying platoons, however i prefer to use battlegroups than the company/platoon deployments, it aids my quick dispersion of troops

Its a neat feature, and cool for roleplay purposes I guess, but besides maybe the ‘supply truck + kub’ combo, is it really ever practical? It always seems faster and easier just to deploy units piecemeal rather than in groups, and only take exactly what I think I need at that given moment. Also i dont ever like to hoard points, so i’d never be able to afford a whole group of like 2 abrams + a command tank + a recon vehicle all in one go.

same, even the kub + supply is not really useful though as if you lose the kub, you dont want a second supply there, just call 1 more kub in and use the supply thats already there. I feel its pointless in practice. nice feature for starting out maybe, but not when re-enforcing any units already out in the front line.

I was wondering is there a way to have transport units called in mid match automatically unload once they reach the destination i spawned them to, without having to move my camera to them to micro them as they are coming in? I feel like i am missing something

If you hit Y then click somewhere your unit will fast move there and automatically unload. alternatively you can use a regular move order and then hold shift ( queue order) and then hit U (unload)

@johnphillips6701 I honestly didn't know about the Y hockey haha, but I'm more referring to mid battle when you click where you want the unit to deploy but with no further input the transport will just drive to the location and sit there

Are The Companies Templates that can be reused until the requested number of unit in that company is not met anymore or are actual units bound to the company - meaning that when a company is deployed the company dissappears from the pool?

Unless it has changed, once a platoon is deployed that platoon becomes unavailable.

oh no, I have been using this and it is fanyastic. WHY DID YOU SPILL THE BEANS???When you float points you can buy a well rounded team instead of" lets buy 10 tanks" Only bad thing is once you buy a platoon it blacks out from the list. eg your AA and supply combo. you want to use it several times during the match but you can not..... even if there is more aa and supply... Also i would love it when they would travel as a convoy (with the same speed, then my command jeep would not arrive before the tanks....)Also if you deploy a group it should deploy on the road NOT as a blob. The AI deploys everything on the road. it should be the same for the player

This is a good idea. However.... I just installed Warno, built a BG and organized my Combat Groups. During deployment in a skirmish I place one of my CG's and give it movement orders. When I select another CG to place it the first one gets removed from the map, disappears and returns to the pool. Each time I try to select another CG to place the first one gets removed and returned to the pool. It's not lack of points doing this as I have plenty. What is going on? I am obviously mssing something... ? ?

I’m pretty sure you can just hold left shift when buying them. You can also hold left shit when selecting multiple units
