Great Video! Given that the technological singularity, AI outsmarting humans, will occur in much less than 50 years then no, the project won't be completed (if ever started). Beside, we might upload our brain on the cloud after the next 20-30 years so why would we need a physical place living in a virtual world. But you never know, really interesting project nevertheless...
