Saudi Arabian Made Private Purchase Desert Boots

In my youth, civilian copies of WW2 desert boots that were ankle high were very popular in the 1960s. They were rough out suede with natural gum rubber soles. The leather was very breathable and the natural gum soles were so comfortable. I was very lucky to find a reintroduction of the exact type about 10 years ago, and I only wear them in the Summer to go to my gun club outdoor shooting range. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I believe surplus desert boots from the North African Campaign were issued to some troops fighting in the Pacific. US ARMY 1968-1971.

@@Laz7481 They were made for Cabela's Outdoor Store and that is the only thing it says inside the shoe. I think they may be owned by Bass Pro now.

In previous episodes, I showed the military uniforms and equipment of East Germany and its British counterparts in that era. Since you showed the British uniform and some of the allies during the Gulf War It would be nice to display Iraqi military uniforms and equipment. Only British clothes and tools that Iraqis use if they are available to you.

There were also desert boots made in suede and black soles, the boot was cut in the DMS pattern boot. I’ve been searching for years to find another set. Also do you want a 1953 dated Canadian Army parke, free

Can you talk about the uniform and equipment used by Iraq in the 90s? You may not have it, but a lot of the equipment and even the Iraqi military uniforms are similar to the British ones, with slight differences.
