What resources would you recommend in designing a sauna? I'm currently building a cantilevered platform over a creek to support a sauna and can't figure out the vapor barrier or if I need one at all in traditional Finnish style construction.

+baxterkd1 There are guidelines available online, though isn't rocket science either, it may be useful doing a little research. We just build the space and selected a stove according to its capacity by the cubic meters. Ventilation is important, so that your stove can draw fresh air (ideally close to floor/ stove level) into the room as the stove consumes it, as well as having a vent near or in the ceiling.

+sa-maker Maybe 18 or so degrees Celsius. We build this sauna three or four years ago. Most people (havent met anyone yet that doesn't), as well people living in apparent buildings, have acces to a sauna.
