Don’t go for Mahagun builder, Builder is not delivering projects on time and the construction quality is very poor

it quite obvious Rera came after 1 year ,so you can imagine how long it will take to deliver this project....and also they hv issue with other projects also at present....so avoid

Now as ATS has started coming out of financial issues, all ATS projects have seen an instant demand and increase in their rates. ATS pristine is currently selling around 12.5 to 13 K .

Bhai baat toh aise kar rahe ho jaise ki jeb me 8-10 crore rupiah hai. Agar itna paisa hai to Gulshan, Ace ya ATS ki koi bhi property buy kar lo.
