@@MsAkash1994 1lakh per month, studio flat ka rent.... 🤣🤣😄 Bhai Sector 15A, best sector of Noida, wahan pe 3bhk is 70000per month.... Ab soch lo. Don't fool people, studio flat ka rent maximum 10k to 15k

@@MsAkash1994 2.1L ka security deposit? Bhai Noida main rehte ho, Bangalore main nahi.... 1 month security and 1 month rent advance main hota hai. Rest I know what you are trying to do, so stop fooling people and sach bolo.

I think you exaggerate too much. Who is going to pay 12k rent per day in M3M line? With this price people can stay in 5-star hotel in Delhi.

Ur right even 5 stars have not that much rent in big cities as its there in 3 star properties in tourist places, noida is not a tourist place so i even think so hardly anyone will pay that much rent for studio.

Yesterday i paid 13k/ day in MOSIAC noida -sector 18 , noida 4 star hotel M3M line will lease to a 5 star hotel chain

​@@MsAkash1994you paid more than double of what is the usual rate at that place. Rate spike can happen sometimes due to extraordinary demand due to an event etc but that's not a norm. I think since the bluff of malls has been called out in the market (most are ghost spaces with no one to rent), builders have resorted to selling dreams of so called 'studios'

Now I'm confused if i comitted a mistake i don't know the future of that project or would it be leased out. Can you please suggest what will the future of that project and would it leased out easily. Also my agent made false promise that i can sell it after paying 50%
