Thank you. I don't own the game yet, and this video gave me the opportunity to learn more about the ecosystem of Hell Creek, especially the plants. By the way, you skipped Equisetum.

T.Rex isn't a playable dinosaur, and the new models aren't in ye & not finished. so it doesn't have a growth slider, but the next playable will be T.Rex! (confirmed by the developers!)

Anatosaurus is now invalid and it’s edmontosaurus now. And it also weighed more than 6 tons. An average edmontosaurus was 9 metres and 7 tons sure but the largest one found was 15 metres long and weighed 9 tons. Saurian, tut tut tut
@TheRaptorMovies
@TheRaptorMovies 2 жыл бұрын
Anatosaurus is not invalid, you can see the reason on the Saurian website. The 15 meter anato is called Anatotitan, and debated in its validity. Saurian is correct, they have a literal paleontologist on their team. No offense, but with your attitude,, I highly doubt you are as smart as you think you are. Do research before making claims such as those.

No, ornithomimid or ornithomimus lived in Hell creek in same time like struthiomimus, but struthiomimus was bigger.

The ornithomimid is based on a skeleton (BHI 1266) currently classified as "Struthiomimus" sedens or "Ornithomimus" sedens, but is likely belongs in a new genus.

@TheRaptorMovies
@TheRaptorMovies Жыл бұрын
No, Dakotaraptor and Triceratops are playable as of now, with T. Rex coming next, then Pachy, Ankylosaurus and Anzu. So 6 total playable creatures each with unique lifestyles and AI. Crocodiles will not be playable because from a general standpoint for most people it would be really boring, and it would be extremely complicated to make.
@names_are_useless
@names_are_useless 5 ай бұрын
@@TheRaptorMoviesI've played The Isle. Crocodiles are honestly really fun in that game. Personally I think the game would only benefit from allowing all animals to be playable, but be clear to the player that surviving as some animals will be more difficult then others.

Why is quetz so small
@TheRaptorMovies
@TheRaptorMovies 3 жыл бұрын
Because the Quetz species that was found in Hell Creek was much smaller (Q. sp) The big boi Quetz (Q. northropi) hasn't been found in Hell Creek, therefore it is not in the same. But Q. sp will still be terrifying and dangerous, especially if you're a baby!

T-Rex did not have feathers...just saying
@TheRaptorMovies
@TheRaptorMovies 2 жыл бұрын
That model was made in 2015 (scientifically accurate for its time), its being replaced by a accurate version soon. It's still possible T. Rex had feathers, but unlikely.
@wetube6513
@wetube6513 2 жыл бұрын
Yes it did, its cousins and ancestors possesed feathers. There's no reason to have a bald naked T-rex while every other closely related theropods have feathers. You clearly love Jurassic Park and probably the inaccurate Island of Gwangi. It's very very very very very plausible that the Tyrannosaurus had feathers on them.
@PipiLongStawlk
@PipiLongStawlk 2 жыл бұрын
@@wetube6513 Its close relatives having feathers is not necessarily indicative of the T-Rex possessing them as well. Although we can't prove it for certain yet, there is substantial evidence that strongly suggests that the T-Rex did not have feathers as an adult (maybe as an offspring but it lost them as it grew older). But don't take my word for it, you can look it up yourself and you will see most experts agree that it did not have feathers given the evidence that we currently have. Also, I wouldn't say it was "bald" or "naked", it was likely scaly.
@TheRaptorMovies
@TheRaptorMovies 2 жыл бұрын
@@wetube6513 Actually scale impressions were found a few years ago... so it probably didn't have feathers. If it did, the feathers would be very thin and more like hairs.
