After seeing these southern recipes for sausage balls on KZbin, I made them to take to a family Super Bowl party (looks like a favorite Christmas treat in the South) here in Oregon and they were a Huge hit. In fact my daughter and son-in-law enjoyed a few leftovers with their eggs the morning after and loved them.
