Sauteed Shiitake Mushrooms with Soy Sauce | DarixLAB

This shiitake mushroom recipe is simply sautéed with ginger and garlic until tender and caramelized. A dish that you can serve as an appetizer or side dish! They are so easy to prepare! You can also use fresh or dried shiitake mushrooms.

Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp
Grated fresh ginger - 2 tsp
grated garlic - 1 tsp
Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Rice Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
