I am 42 and I could literally overdose on nostalgia. The 90's was the last decade where there was still an innocence to life. They had the best movies, tv, and music. I sometimes sit and just close my eyes and go back to this time on my mind...just immersing myself in all the memories. I cry a lot just yearning for those days that I can never get back. The world is such a 💩show today and I just wish I could be a kid again. Just wanting to relive all those precious times 😢. I thank God for KZbin...one of the only online platforms I really look at. Long live the 90's !!!! 👍👍👍💜💜💜

Everyone was just rolling through the stores like zombies to stock up for " Y2K" as if time would actually stop. Panic Pandemonium was personified. Meanwhile, we didn't know stuff like 9/11 would ever happen to us, so I was just strolling around the Fry's grocery store acting like it was just another day. It's all just so ironic. I freely admit, however, that I did actually buy a gallon of water. Like somehow I would "escape" the time continuum. Bizzare, indeed.

I want to cry. I miss those happier times, my teenage carefree self. I fondly remember saving up my school allowance just to buy cassette tapes (CDs were too costly) of my music favourites such as Savage Garden, Garbage, Robyn, Natalie Imbruglia, The Corrs, and many more.

@@mal4409 Perhaps not great, just typical. But I did try my best to have fun. I went to a Catholic high school actually...was nerdy with diet problems. But I had a cool best-friend, a super-adventurous nerd who took me to the dark side. Kidding aside, it was mainly the music during those times which kept me going. Over 20 years or so later, I am feeling very tired after working very hard to be where I am now. A lot has changed, good and bad. But music is still there to make it all memorable and worthwhile. Anyway, thank you, Mal for your charming comment! I wish the same for you. Hoping you are also at peace and happy where you are right now in your life and I hope music will always be a cherished part of your being. Stay safe always.

I've noticed that JoJo EDs (besides "Roundabout," of course) usually are from around the exact same time that a part takes place. They're not all exact, but they're basically from the same era as said part. "Walk Like An Egyptian" ~ 1986 | "Last Train Home" ~ 1987 | "I Want You" ~ 1997 | "Freek'n You" ~ 1995 | "Modern Crusaders" ~ 2000
